These Terms are a contract between you and Amit Bhandari (“we”, “us”).

By downloading, installing, or using Stitch (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Using Stitch

Stitch is a personal time-lapse photography tool. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal or internal purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose, or to capture or store content you don’t have the right to capture or store.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app’s normal operation.
  • Use the app in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair any service it connects to (e.g. Google Drive).

Your content

Photos, videos, and projects you create in Stitch are yours. We claim no ownership over your content. Content stored locally on your device is your responsibility to back up; content you choose to back up to Google Drive is subject to your own Google Account and Google’s terms.

Third-party services

Stitch integrates with services we don’t operate, including Google Sign-In and Google Drive. Your use of those services is governed by Google’s own terms and privacy policies, not ours. We’re not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

No warranty

Stitch is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that captured frames, rendered videos, or backups will never be lost or corrupted. You’re responsible for keeping your own backups of content that matters to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app — including loss of photos, videos, or backup data.

Changes to the app or these Terms

We may update Stitch or these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.

Termination

You may stop using Stitch at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the app (e.g. Drive backup integration) at our discretion.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
